Welcome to Vegas. We are excited that you are attending the event and also going out with us on Thursday and Friday night.

To check-in to hotel go to Park MGM and provide your license to get room key. Your name will be on the room the day you check-in. You will need to provide credit card for incidentals.

Get a cab instead of an Uber it is much easier here. They are right outside of the airport and are $25 each way to hotel.

For Thursday we will meet at Juniper Cocktail Lounge at Park MGM at 5 PM and we will all walk across the street together to go out to dinner at Caramella at Planet Hollywood at 7 PM.

If you come in late then meet us at Caramella (its on second floor) at 7 PM and ask for Johnny Reyes for the Philip Smith party in the private room.

For Friday we will meet at 6:30 PM at Alibi Lounge at Aria Hotel then we will have a bus take us to TopGolf at 7:45PM. You do not have to go outside to walk from Park MGM to Aria, the hotels are connected.

If you arrive late meet us at TopGolf at 8PM and go to events desk when you walk in to the right and ask for Philip Smith party.

On Saturday morning at 9:30AM meet at the elevators at Aria and we will bring you up to the suite. You need a key card to get into elevators. When we meet at Alibi Lounge on Friday we can show you where the elevators are.

This will be a fun and very educational weekend. Be prepared for information overload, which is a good thing. Bring a laptop, tablet or notepad for notes and also if you want to implement anything at the event. We will provide recordings for both days.
