Friday Night @ 7PM: We are going to meet at Swingers at Mandalay Bay Hotel at 7PM. Transportation is not provided to Mandalay Bay. We recommend taking a cab from your hotel. Please plan to arrive by 6:45PM and mention the All In One Marketing party for entry.

Swingers is located in Mandalay Bay right near the SELF PARKING GARAGE ENTRANCE next to S Bar and across from Carama.

Please bring PHOTO ID to enter Swingers as it is 21+

Drinks and appetizers will be provided. This is NOT a dinner.

Saturday & Sunday Morning @ 9:15AM: We will meet you at the Aria Hotel elevators (right next to the Lift Bar) at 9:15AM. If you arrive late, expect to wait for us to come back down to get you as you need a key to access the elevators

Water, snacks and lunch will be provided both days. Bardot Brasserie is next to the Aria elevators where you can get coffee, tea, or anything specific you want to eat or drink. If you are on a special diet or are picky we recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks.

We will be available Saturday after the event for networking and any additional questions you may have.

Check into Park MGM: If we booked your hotel room, you will be staying at Park MGM, which is a short cab ride from the airport. Your name is already on your reservation and you should have received your Park MGM confirmation number from us. You can check in at any time on Friday. The room is already paid for, but you will have to provide your credit card for incidentals. Park MGM and Aria are connected so you do not have to walk outside to get to Aria. Just follow signs for Aria from the Park MGM and again, we will post a video on this page on where to meet us at Aria. The video will be posted on Thursday.
