- Yes, All In One Marketing has a reputation manager. There’s a “Client Check-In” button that sends a custom Google review request to that client by SMS or Email. There is also the ability to quickly and easily respond to all Google & Facebook reviews directly within the platform.
- Yes, it does have calendar booking. Synchronize All In One Marketing calendars with Google calendar/ any other booking system that allows google calendar synchronization. As soon as an appointment is made, a notification can be sent to yourself or team members. Personalized appointment confirmations can be sent via email, SMS, or voicemail drop.
