1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between ALL IN ONE MARKETING.COM, INC (“Company”) and Client. Client acknowledges that the sole obligation of the Company is to provide services as outlined in Section 3 "Services".

2. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY:

Client agrees to pay Company in advance for services rendered. Client also agrees that all payments made to Company include a 30-day refund policy from the date of this agreement. After 30 days have passed, there are no cancellations, no refunds, and no returns.

Client pays a one-time fee of $997.  Services are provided for one year from the effective date and year of this agreement as set forth below.

3. SERVICES:

The Company will provide the following services to the Client.

1. Free access to marketing software for one year
2. Client pays for usage. The fees are as follows:
   - Making phone calls: $0.098 / minute
   - Receiving phone calls: $0.0595 / minute
   - Text Messages: $0.0553 / segment
   - Email: $0.0027 / email
   - Premium Automation Triggers: $0.04 / workflow premium actions
   - Email Verification: $0.0135 / Email Verification
   - Content AI: $2.25 / 1000 Words
3. Weekly small group advisory call for 1 year
4. One in-person intensive
5. 30-day money-back guarantee

4. SUPPORT:

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this agreement has been executed and delivered by the respective duly authorized representatives of the Parties on the Effective Date and year set forth below.
